Executive Director
Ashley is a dedicated senior living professional whose passion for enriching the lives of older adults began in 2009. While pursuing her undergraduate degree in biochemistry, Ashley was drawn to senior living, inspired in part by the profound bond she shared with her grandmother, whom she lost during her senior year of high school. That relationship instilled in her a deep commitment to honoring and caring for seniors, and over the years, she feels blessed to have formed meaningful connections with countless residents—gaining many “grandparents” along the way.
Ashley believes in the power of small, everyday acts to make a real difference. For her, the mission is simple: to create a community where compassionate people want to work, where colleagues feel like family, and where residents are empowered to thrive, rest, and have fun. Her leadership is rooted in kindness, faith, and a genuine desire to uplift everyone around her.
Outside of work, Ashley cherishes time spent with family and friends. An avid dog lover, she enjoys the company of her beloved fur babies. She finds joy in traveling, especially road-tripping to national parks, and tending to her flower garden at home. Guided by faith, Ashley leads with compassion and strives to cultivate an environment where everyone feels valued and loved.
